When you purchase a service through Metaxis, you are purchasing a voucher that entitles you to receive that service from the specified healthcare provider. Payment is collected at the time of purchase and is processed by our third-party payment processor.

3.2 Voucher Terms

• Vouchers are valid for the specific service listed at the time of purchase
• Vouchers are non-transferable
• Scheduling must be coordinated directly with the healthcare provider
• Present your voucher at check-in; no additional payment is required for the covered service

3.3 Medical Requirements

Certain services (such as imaging studies) require a physician's order or referral. It is your responsibility to obtain any required orders or referrals from your own physician before your appointment.

4. Pricing

All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on Metaxis are all-inclusive. The price you see is the total price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprises. Each price includes both the healthcare provider's service fee and a Metaxis platform fee for booking facilitation and transaction processing.

Provider-Set Pricing: Medical service prices are determined by the independent healthcare providers, not by Metaxis. Providers set their own rates, discounts, and service offerings. The price you pay at checkout is the price you are guaranteed for that service.

What's Not Included:

• Additional services requested during your appointment
• Follow-up appointments or treatments
• Physician's orders (if not already obtained)
• Transportation or related costs

5. Refunds and Money Back Guarantee

Metaxis is founded on the idea of providing patients with an opportunity to access healthcare on their terms, and at the lowest out-of-pocket cost. We believe in making healthcare accessible and fair.

If you are unable to receive the services you purchased for any reason, we will refund your money. That's our Money Back Guarantee.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You did not receive the medical service you purchased
• You purchased the wrong service in error
• You are unable to schedule an appointment with the provider
• The provider cancels, closes, or is otherwise unavailable
• The provider determines the service is inappropriate for your needs
• You cancel before receiving care

To request a refund, email support@metaxishealth.com with your voucher code and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Provider Relationships

Healthcare providers listed on Metaxis are completely independent entities. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of Metaxis. Metaxis serves solely as a technology platform that facilitates transactions.

Metaxis does not:

• Provide any medical services, advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Control how providers deliver medical services
• Set or negotiate medical service prices (prices are set by providers)
• Guarantee provider availability or appointment times
• Make medical recommendations or referrals
• Assume responsibility for the quality of care provided
• Employ or supervise any healthcare providers

Your relationship for medical services is directly with the provider. Any dispute regarding the medical care you receive should be addressed directly with the provider. Metaxis is not a party to the patient-provider relationship and has no liability for clinical outcomes.

7. Use of the Site and Content

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any purposes the Site, or any portion of the Site, except as authorized by these Terms or in writing by Metaxis. The Site is provided for your personal use only and is protected under both United States and foreign laws.

You shall not:

• Export, extract, or scrape content on this Site for any use other than scheduling services for yourself
• Index, store, re-share, or rehost Metaxis content outside our services
• Bulk download records or images
• Copy and save location or pricing details for redistribution
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Follow provider instructions for preparation (fasting, etc.)

9. Email and Text Message Communications
